Introspective Hypnosis

Introspective hypnosis has been developed and taught by Antonio Sangio to specifically resolve and release emotional trauma. It is based on the working methods of Aurelio Mejia to gain access to information stored deep in the subconscious mind using hypnosis.

The method uses a relaxing trance (hypnotic) state to allow us to tap into deep rooted supressed emotional energy blocks that are unconsciously stored. We get to the source of specific issues that the client wants to address, in only a long single session.

These emotional energy blocks can be memories of fears, phobias, sadness, trauma, emotional conflicts or relationship issues. If they are not resolved and released, they may be responsible for tensions or ‘dis-ease’ as various physical symptoms in the body. Symptoms can include headaches, pain, depression, cancer and many other conditions.

Energy blocks may have originated either in this lifetime or in a past life of the client.

Energy blocks have also been found to be caused by spirit attachments that have, unknown to the client, attached to the client in a moment of vulnerability. This can be when a client is at an emotional low.

  • Introspective Hypnosis includes the use of:
  • Ericksonian hypnosis
  • Past life memories
  • Role change
  • Forgiveness therapy
  • Conflict resolution
  • Attachment/spiritual release

After the session, clients report feeling lighter as if a weight has been removed from their body. They feel that something that has been holding them back, often for many years, has just disappeared. Clients report having physical discomforts disappear, have more energy, feel happier and a new mental freedom .

In addition to being certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, I have also been trained in Introspective Hypnosis by Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman.
