Do you know what is really weird? Waking up for the past two mornings and just hopping out of bed. No locked joints. No struggle to make a cuppa. No pain at all other than in my neck and lower back. Colin has a very calming and confident manner. I had been suffering from chronic pain in the neck and shoulders and tingling and numbness in hand and arms.
